In 2018, we put down roots in Parkdale, Oregon, at the foothills of majestic Mount Hood. The land has a rich history once home to cherries, blueberries, and even a stint as a commercial marijuana farm before we transformed it into our apple orchard.

Secluded and peaceful, the property overlooks the Hood River, where the sound of rushing water drifts up through the trees. On clear days, Mount Hood rises in the background, peeking through the canopy to frame truly breathtaking views

Honeycrisp apples

Crisp, juicy, and perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, the Honeycrisp apple is an unforgettable eating experience. With its refreshing snap and explosive juiciness, it’s the variety that changed how people think about apples.

Each bite delivers a burst of flavor that’s both refreshing and satisfying, making Honeycrisp a favorite for snacking, slicing into salads, or pairing with cheese.

Perched at high elevation in Parkdale, Oregon, our orchard benefits from the ideal balance of warm days and cool nights. These natural conditions allow our Honeycrisp apples to size beautifully while developing the vibrant red color and crisp flavor they’re known for.

We planted our first high-density, trellised Honeycrisp in the spring of 2020, just as the world was slowing down. Since then, we’ve poured our passion into nurturing this orchard using precision drip irrigation to deliver just the right amount of water and overhead cooling to protect fruit from the summer sun.

Our commitment is simple: to grow Honeycrisp apples of exceptional quality, in a place perfectly suited for them to thrive.
